    1- I've been baking lots of muffins this summer. Unfortunately, I feel like my muffins don't rise very much. I fill the muffin tin with batter almost to the very top, but when it's done baking, I just get a little rise. No delicious muffin top. Do you have any advice on how I can make muffins with lovely muffin tops?

    The answer to the question is try to use both baking powder and soda as they are both different types of leaving agents and have different reactions. Also let your batter sit for about 5-10 minutes before you scoop it out of the pan and try to fill your batter 2/3 full.

    2-Is it worth it to buy a flour sifter?

    The answer to question is, for me just a plain old mesh sieve just as well as a professional sieve does.
